Agents were Chobots players who were recognized by both the Chobots Staff and other players within the Chobots community for their kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge of Chobots. Agency was a specific rank endowed on these players.

Agents were voluntary players of the Chobots game who were promoted to the rank of agency based on their recognition within the community, their kindness towards other players, and knowledge of the game. Agents were granted a unique blue chat bubble, the ability to draw art on an exclusive Agents wall, access to an exclusive Agents room, and a catalog with virtual items for Agents' chobots characters that could only be purchased and donned by Agents. Agents could be identified with an exclusive badge that appeared on the upper right corner of their player profile. Agents were not official members of the Chobots Team, and thus were not moderators, though they could warn players and acted as assistants to moderators, promoting the Chobots rules and general safety.
